Peruvian Roasted chicken is one of the Peruvian favorites. People really loved this food.
It's a crunchy dish. There is even a designated national day in July!
This is a chickend seasoned with salt and cooked in charcoal, each restaurant in Peru use a "secret" consisting of vinager, soy sauce, pepper, chili, and other spices. Then grilled in specially fabricated Pollo a la Brasa ovens. It's commoly served with French Fries and small salad. Also don't forget the soda.
So, whatever time we're hungry, there's an amazing dish of Peruvian roasted in many restaurants of the country!

Hi there! I´m Julio. I'm from Iquitos, Peru. For breakfast, I often have two eggs with bread and milk. I sometimes have fruits and a glass of strawberry juice. At midday, I have lunch with my family at home, I usually have a variety of food, and for my afters I always have fruits. For dinner, I have soup every single night, I love soup! Then, the second dish is a cup of tea with bread and avocado. Of course, I always have dessert. cookies are my favorites!
